Moisture testing is conducted using Capacitance Electronic Moisture Detectors (CEM DT). These specialized instruments are highly sensitive devices that accurately and reliably measure moisture content in various materials.
CEM DTs employ a capacitance-based sensing mechanism. When the sensor comes into contact with a material, an electric field is generated. The capacitance of the field changes in response to the amount of moisture present, allowing for precise moisture level measurements. The measured capacitance is then converted into a moisture reading, providing a quantitative assessment of the material's moisture content.
